Peaceful Side Brewery - First Release Part 3 - Pink Guava / Prickly Pear

Part 3 is the third variation of our foeder saison base combined with two beautiful with two beautiful fruit additions, pink guava and prickly pear. The vibrant pink color invites everyone to enjoy the bouquet of melon, strawberry, and kiwi. Brettanomyces from the foeder accentuates the tropical flavors and makes a superb warm weather beer!


Printshop Beer Co. - Bike Tour to the SoKno Breweries 11:00 AM

To kick off Knoxville Craft Beer Week, Printshop, Alliance, and Crafty Bastard are teaming up for a pub crawl via bike. Meet at Printshop, we’ll roll at 11 AM and ride to Crafty Bastard Baker Creek to enjoy a drink, head to Alliance for another, and then return to Printshop for a final round. Expect 8-ish miles at a slow pace with a couple of drinks along the way, if you’re so inclined.


Printshop Beer Co. - Triple Beer Release

We’ve taken a few of our favorites on draft right now and amped them up with some additional flavorings to create 3 variants. In addition to the old favorite Southie with Lime, we’ll tap a ginned up keg of Butcher’d Slang and a Death-by-German Chocolate Cake Hedonistic Tendencies variant. These are each limited releases, so get them while you can.


Saint Lucille’s Kitchen - Grand Opening!

Come out for the Grand Opening of Saint Lucille’s Kitchen! Located at 8 Emory Place, right next door to Crafty Bastard Brewery, this restaurant is a collaboration between Last Days of Autumn and Crafty Bastard. They will be offering a rotating menu of Cajun-inspired dishes from Chef Eric New!
